Voluntary working is in accordance with policies and codes of practice designed for the Community Library and all volunteers must agree to them to ensure that such important aspects such as health and safety and insurance are covered.

All information provided will be stored by Dunchurch Parish Council for the period that you remain a volunteer at Dunchurch Community Library. After you cease to be a volunteer your application form will be destroyed. No information will be shared.

All fields marked “required” must be completed.
